Refund policy
Refunds must be requested within 30 days after purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No refunds are given for digital items, such as eBooks. Since an eBook is an instant download, no refund can be given. Please choose carefully.
For all other refunds: please email help@martenpress.com within 30 days after purchasing your product. Please use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return. You will also need to attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
If you received a damaged item, please include a photo that shows the damage. You can then choose to get a refund or to have the item resent to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital items such as eBooks.
To Receive a Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@martenpress.com.
